Questions about self-defense training

I've never done any self-defense or boxing. Is that OK?

Yes — most women who start with us are complete beginners. We start with stance, balance and basic strikes and build from there, at your pace.

Is there sparring or getting hit?

Not unless you want it. Training is coached drills: footwork, mitts, bags, defense and awareness. You're in control of the intensity.

What will I actually learn?

How to stand strong and balanced, strike effectively, defend and create distance, move out of trouble — plus the confidence that comes from knowing you can.

Is it private?

You can train one-on-one with a coach or in a small semi-private group. More than half our clients are women.

What does it cost?

A trial session is $80 — and if you start a package, it counts as session 1. Semi-private packages run $500 for 10, $600 for 15 and $700 for 20 sessions; private 1-on-1 is $800 for 10.

Where are you?
